Please follow the instructions below before requesting an appointment. This will help ensure accurate information is submitted along with expediting your registration. All information is HIPAA Compliant and sent securely to our office for your protection.
You will be asked to go through 4 simple screens to complete the process. Complete the requested information and click “Continue” when prompted. Please note that you have the option to receive a text message reminder 2 days before your appointment. To select this, choose “Text Message” as your Contact Method.
Patients wishing to use insurance should fill out the information as thoroughly and accurately as possible. Cash patients may select “Skip” at this screen.
You will be able to request an appointment on the final screen. Please select “Collins Advanced Dermatology” for location and complete the rest of the information. Once complete, click “Search” to view a calendar with available appointments.
If no appointment is available at a time convenient for you, please call our office at 512.379.6090 and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please let the receptionist know you registered online so we don’t have to collect all of your information again.
Once submitted you will be directed to a confirmation screen where you can also view directions to our office, financials, pay your bill online, and cancel or reschedule an appointment all while securely connected to our office. You will also receive an email confirmation if your appointment was successfully booked.
